Aroma and Flavor: zesty with strong floral aromas with flavors of citrus and sweet red berries.
Organic Ingredients: lemon balm, hibiscus flowers, skullcap, passionflower, hops flowers, valerian root, chamomile flowers , and lavender buds.
Caffeine free.
Brew Instructions: take 1 tablespoon of tea and add to a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Experiment with steep time and quantity of tea and find your ideal cup. Our Lavender Infused Honey is a great addition for sweetness and relaxation!
